Born and raised in the south of england.
Alex found his love for photography early on in his life, being shown the ropes as a child by his father David Smith. Although he only discovered whilst studying A-Levels in 2009 that he could pursue a career within his passion. Fresh out of college at 18 he worked with The Princes Trust to birth his commercial photography business Zandavisual. In 2012 his experience lead him to a position at a London based media owner, which has now become Global Media and Entertainment.
Since then Alex has become the Lead Outdoor Photography Manager at Global.
Along the way his work has been published and reviewed by many brands and publications internationally.
In his time outside of the corporate photography world, Alex is now working on growing his style and developing a new love for Street Photography - as you will see in the contents of this portfolio site.
